In circumstances where the delegate requests for reimbursement of registration fees or their own delegate expenses, MOA reserves the right to deduct 30% administrative fee on the total value of the reimbursement claimed. Instead of requesting for reimbursement, we suggest finding a colleague to take over your ticket.
The registration fees for MOA Members category is only applicable if your MOA membership is still valid. If your membership is no longer active, your conference registration will automatically be processed as a Non-MOA Member.
