Dr. Tengku Muzaffar is the Head of the Orthopaedic Department and also leads the Arthroscopy and Sports Surgery Unit at Hospital Pakar Universiti Sains Malaysia, Kubang Kerian. He earned his medical degree from the University of Malaya (Class of 1991–1996) and completed his postgraduate training in Orthopaedics at Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2004. In 2009, he underwent subspecialty training in Arthroscopy and Sports Surgery at the University Hospital of Geneva. He has been actively involved in various committees within professional associations. His dedication to orthopaedic care and academic excellence has established him as a key contributor to orthopaedic services and medical training in Malaysia.
