He obtained his MBBS from the University of Malaya in 2009 and completed his Master’s degree at Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2019. He subsequently completed a Fellowship in Orthopaedic Oncology under the Ministry of Health Malaysia in 2025, which included training at Penang General Hospital and Hospital Kuala Lumpur, followed by overseas training at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Oxford University Hospitals, and the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham, UK. He is currently working at the Sarcoma Unit of Penang General Hospital.
