Dr Michelle Lim Chia Hua is a Consultant Orthopaedic Hand Surgeon and Clinical Lecturer at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), based at Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz. Her clinical practice focuses on wrist arthroscopy, peripheral nerve surgery, microsurgical reconstruction, and complex upper limb trauma. She has a strong academic interest in artificial intelligence, mixed reality, and emerging digital technologies in orthopaedic surgical training and clinical workflow transformation. Dr Lim serves on the editorial board of Berita Ortopedik (Malaysian Orthopaedic Association) and is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Hand Surgery. She is actively involved in regional and international initiatives advancing innovation and education in hand surgery.
